Project Management

The Camp Williams JLUS project is a joint effort by Eagle Mountain City, Bluffdale City, City of Saratoga Springs, Herriman City, Lehi City, Cedar Fort, Salt Lake County, Utah County, Camp Williams, Utah Army National Guard and other interested agencies and organizations in Southern Salt Lake and Northern Utah Counties.

This project is being funded under a grant provided by the Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) to Eagle Mountain.   Ms. Fionnuala Kofoed (Finn) will coordinate this effort. Her contact information is listed on the right side of this website.

To assist in the development of the Camp Williams JLUS, Eagle Mountain prepared a Request for Proposals seeking a consulting firm qualified to assist in this effort. From this solicitation, the firm of Matrix Design Group was selected to assist in the preparation of this project.
